Leadwise Private beta Set up your pipeline
Private beta

Follow up on every good lead, with proof they asked you to.

Leadwise is a calm sales pipeline for small B2B teams. Leads arrive through your form, a CSV or by hand. Your rules score them, the good ones are qualified for you, and a follow-up email is drafted for a person to approve. What each lead agreed to is kept word for word.

Free during the private beta. Leadwise drafts and you approve; it does not send emails yet and it never calls anyone.

One lead, start to finish. An example of what you see in Leadwise, built from its default rules.

How it works

Six steps, in the order they happen. Leadwise does the sorting and the first draft. People make every decision that reaches a lead.

  1. Capture

Share a lead form link, import a CSV, or add a lead by hand. Form consent wording is saved exactly as the person saw it.

    Leadwise
  2. Score

Rules you write add or subtract points: team size, budget, a free email domain, any field on your form. Every point is explained.

    Your rules
  3. Draft

Qualified leads get a personal follow-up email drafted from your offer, with an opt-out link that can't be removed. No consent, no draft.

    Leadwise
  4. Approve

Someone on your team reads the draft, edits it if needed, then approves or rejects it. Approved drafts are marked approved, not sent.

    You
  5. Follow up and remind

Set reminders on a lead. When one comes due it is flagged in Leadwise so the next step doesn't slip.

    You, reminded by Leadwise
  6. Record the outcome

Mark the lead won or lost with a reason and a value. Every stage move and decision stays in a history that can't be edited.

What it does today, and what it doesn't

Leadwise is in private beta. Here is exactly where it stands, so you can plan around it.

Works now

  • Lead captureShareable form, CSV import and manual entry, into as many pipelines as you need.
  • Scoring and auto-qualifyYour rules, your threshold. Turn auto-qualify off to move every lead yourself.
  • Follow-up drafts with approvalDrafted from a template and your own offer text, approved or rejected by a person.
  • Consent records and unsubscribeExact wording, time, source and IP, plus a workspace-wide opt-out.
  • Reminders and outcomesDue reminders flagged in the app; won or lost recorded with a reason.

Not yet, or not at all

  • It does not send emails yetNo email provider is connected. Approved drafts are kept as approved, not sent. Nothing leaves Leadwise.
  • It does not make callsVoice calls are off on purpose. They would need a licensed provider, explicit call consent, a review of local rules and the owner's sign-off.
  • No reminder notificationsDue reminders show inside Leadwise. No email or push alert is sent.
  • No form embedding yetLink to your lead form rather than placing it inside your website.

Plans

Limits reset each calendar month. Prices will be set at launch; while Leadwise is in beta, it's free.

  • 100 follow-up drafts a month

For a founder testing follow-up discipline on one inbound form.

For a small sales team working several pipelines.

Pro

A follow-up draft counts when Leadwise writes it, whether you approve it or not.

Questions

Straight answers about what Leadwise will and won't do with your leads.

Does it send emails automatically?

No. Leadwise drafts a follow-up and a person on your team approves or rejects it. Today it can't send at all: no email provider is connected, so an approved draft is kept as approved, not sent. Nothing goes out from Leadwise.

Can it call my leads?

No. Calling is deliberately switched off. Your form can ask for phone consent separately, and Leadwise records the answer, but there is no calling feature. Turning one on would need a licensed provider, the lead's explicit call consent, a review of the rules where they live and the owner's approval.

What exactly is recorded when someone ticks a consent box?

The exact wording they agreed to, when they agreed, which form or source it came from, the IP address of the submission, their country if known and the lawful basis. Email and phone consent are stored separately.

What happens when a lead unsubscribes?

Follow-up stops for that email address in every pipeline in your workspace. Its open drafts and reminders are cancelled, and the opt-out can't be reversed by re-importing the lead or recording new consent. You can also record an opt-out that arrived by reply, phone or in person.

How is a lead scored?

By rules you write. Each rule checks one field, such as team size, budget or email domain, and adds or subtracts points. New pipelines start with three: +20 for a company of 10 or more, +30 for a confirmed budget and −10 for a free email address, with a qualifying threshold of 40. Change any of it.

Can I bring in leads from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import a CSV with names, emails and any extra fields you score on. Include the consent wording and source for each lead; leads without recorded email consent stay in your pipeline but won't get a drafted follow-up.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. A workspace admin can export your pipelines, leads, consent records, drafts, reminders and history.

How much will it cost?

Prices will be set at launch. During the private beta Leadwise is free, within the plan limits shown above.
